MODULE 1 - VASE

September 3, 10, 17, 24 

7 pm - 9.30 pm

Design and create using the coiling technique. This 4 weeks course is for beginners and intermediate clay enthusiasts. Exploring the coiling technique will get you to make a unique vase, water pitcher or plant pot of your own imagination. 

MODULE 2 - PLATES
October 1, 8, 15, 22 
7 pm - 9.30 pm
Design and create using the slab technique. This 4 weeks course is for beginners and intermediate clay enthusiasts. Exploring the slab technique will get you to make your unique set of plates.

HAND BUILDING CLASSES
Our hand building classes are fun and designed for people who want to learn how to make specific objects, be it decorative or for every day use. 

They are a series of 3 modules of 4 classes each covering the fundamental techniques in ceramics: pinch pot, coiling and slabs.

The modules can be followed separately or as one extended course.

Join us on TUESDAY EVENINGS for courses of 4-lessons with ceramics artist and instructor Mijke Anink.​

 

Mijke Anink will guide participants through the process of designing, creating, shaping and decorating with textures and/or underglazes.
The studio provides all needed materials, equipment, glaze and the 2 firings required by the ceramics process.

To receive a full* refund or to reschedule your booking, you must notify info@theclaytable.nl at least 14 days prior to the session you have booked. Within 14 days of the scheduled workshop, there will be no refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

MODULE 3 - MULTI FUNCTIONAL VESSELS
Tuesday: November 5, 12, 19, 26
Thursday: November 7, 14, 21, 28
7 pm - 9.30 pm
Design and create your own set of 4 special objects.This 4 weeks course is for beginners and intermediate clay enthusiasts. Learn the pinch pot technique and apply it to making your special objects: cups, small bowls, candle holders, ikebana vessels, etc.
